Now, of course, not everything is free - we’ve got a business to run after all! That’s the difference between “fake free” and a true free option. There is no such restriction with Starter. A lot of other products have hidden fees or force some sort of watermark/splash screen. We are the only platform that lets developers do this. With Corona SDK Starter and the Starter tier of Corona Cloud, you can publish amazing, connected apps faster and more affordably (free!) than ever before. We are announcing Corona SDK Starter – a completely FREE version of Corona that lets you publish to all the platforms we support without paying us a single cent. Indies are a key part of our community, so today, we are taking that vision a step further. Since then, Corona has been embraced by indies and your apps have hit the top of the charts. We felt (and still do) that anyone could create the next great app with Corona. From very early on, we have focused on democratizing app development. Okay, so here’s where it gets really exciting. By the way, if you’re curious about Apple’s May 1 deadline on UDIDs, we’ve got you covered. All in all, there’s been an incredible amount of work to make cross-platform development as painless as possible. There’s tons more listed on the release notes. We also have a new build server that’s much more scalable. ![]() Lots of infrastructure and feature improvements like a rewritten async http network library, a re-architected widget library, remote push notifications on Android, iAds, to name a few. You can buy bus tickets from the driver for 1.50 euro.Note: Graphics 2.0 is now in public beta for all Corona SDK Pro and Enterprise subscribers.īefore I dive in, let me talk about the new public release we just made available for download. You can just tell the bus driver you are going to the beach and he will know. As soon as you walk out of the train station you will see a bus stop (fermata). How to get to Passoscuro/MOAI beach from Rome:įrom Roma Termini get the train towards CIVITAVECCHIA (the trains run approximately every hour and will cost about 3 euro) I found it quite difficult to find out how to get there so I thought i'd write it in here. The local people are really welcoming and friendly (be prepared to try out your Italian because not a lot of them speak english) and everything was really reasonably priced! We found it really friendly, relaxing and not so tourist oriented (which seems to be somewhat of a rarity in Italy during the summer). My partner and I went to Passoscuro/MOAI beach about a week ago. We did also see a couple of small strips of beach which looked free as people were lying on their towells or own beds, but if you are just going for a day, I'd recommend buying a bed.Īll in all, we had a very relaxing day at the beach and could easily have gone back if we had time. You can take a picnic for the beach, eat at one of the restaurants or do a mix of both if there for the full day. We found parking on one of the streets easily and didn't have to pay for parking. Including quite nice bikinis for 2.99 euros! The beach seemed to attract a range of people and ages and quite an array of goods were being sold on the beach by sellers who weren't too pushy. It was a little wavy, but shelved fairly gently. The beach itself was sandy and very clean and the water nice to swim in. I think it was 6 euros for the beds and umbrellas for the day. It is a lovely deep beach with a range of relaxed restaurants leading off, each with their own sun beds and umbrellas to rent. This wasn't a problem as we did find the locals friendly and had our mobile Italian language app handy! It took us around 50 minutes in our hire car and was very much an Italian beach - we didn't hear any English tourists and very little English as spoken as the restaurant and by the sunbed sellers. We went here for a day trip from central Rome. ![]()
